After many wonderful and successful years, we would like to inform you that the restaurant Chez Nhan will be closing its doors on October 31, 2025.
This decision was not an easy one for us. We look back with great gratitude on all the time we’ve shared — on countless encounters, conversations, and delightful moments spent together. A large part of our team will remain with us.
Starting in mid-November 2025, Sabrina Rhomberg and Lien Nguyen, together with their team, will take over the culinary stage at Paradeplatz and open the restaurant ĂN ĂN – Cuisine Indochine by Co Chin Chin. The new concept is part of the successful restaurant group behind Co Chin Chin and Saigon, combining modern Vietnamese cuisine with influences from French culinary traditions — stylish, vibrant, and welcoming.
We sincerely thank you for your loyalty and look forward to welcoming you until our closing on October 31, 2025.
